Publications

Most of my publications can be found on dblp. Alternatively, a more complete list is detailed in a dedicated page.

Projects

Currently funded

Project ANR DIFPRIPOS: Making PostgreSQL Differentially Private for Transparent AI (2023 - 2028)

I am LIFO's scientific coordinator for this project. We will be working on integrating DP solutions to PostgreSQL Anonymizer.

Past project

Project ANR SEND UP (Nov. 2018 - Oct. 2022)

I was the primary investigator and coordinator of the ANR SEND UP project. The project provided methods, algorithms, and tools for private publication and querying of graph data-bases (e.g. RDF).

Project APR IA IOT-CIA (March 2018- Dec 2020)

Within IOT-Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, I worked on end to end encryption in heterogeneous IOT deployments for industry 4.0.

ANR SOP (Dec. 2011-Dec. 2014)

think global Services for persOnal comPuter was a national project funded by the ANR. Its objective was to build a hybrid working model for consumers and professional computing, that takes benefit from a mix between local installation/management and remote access to software and services located in distant dedicated datacenters or even in other non-used consumers’ machines.

Within SOP, I was technical correspondent for LAAS-CNRS. I also widely participated in the project's coordination.

Project APR IA GIRAFON (Sept. 2015 - Fev. 2019 )

Within Grands Graphes: Interrogation, Fouille, Analyse, I worked on secure and private metric computation on large graphs.

Thesis

Own PhD

I defended my PhD thesis untitled "Formal modeling of autonomous dynamical systems: graph rewriting and grammar" under the supervision of Patricia Stolf, Thierry Monteil and Khalil Drira the 2015-06-09 at "Université Paul Sabatier (Toulouse IV)".

Current PhD supervision

  • Yasmine Hayder, on explanable DP in semantic databases with schema constraints, with Pr. Benjamin Nguyen and Dr. Adrien Boiret.

Past PhD supervision

  • Sara Taki, Linked Data Sanitization with Differential Privacy with Pr. Benjamin Nguyen (funded by the project ANR SENDUP). Nov. 2019-Dec. 2023.
  • Fergal Martin-Tricot, Sécurité des données de bout en bout dans un déploiement IdO hétérogène pour l’industrie 4.0 with Pr. Pascal Berthomé (funded by the project IOT-CIA). Feb. 2018- July 2021.

PhD jury

  • Sara Taki, Linked Data Sanitization with Differential Privacy, at INSA CVL, the 2023-12-21.
  • Ciro Morais Medeiros, Improvements on Graph Path Queries: Expression, Evaluation and Minimum-Weight Satisfiability, at University of Orléans and Universidade Federal do Parana, the 2022-08-30.
  • Fergal Martin-Tricot, Sécurité des données de bout en bout dans un déploiement IdO hétérogène pour l’industrie 4.0, at INSA CVL, the 2021-07-12.
  • Ilhem Khlif (guest), An Approach For Describing And Modeling Multi-scale Software Architectures, at University of Sfax (Tunisia), the 2018-07-21.
  • Maria-Evgenia Rossi, Graph Mining for Influence Maximization in Social Networks, at Ecole Polytechnique, the 2017-11-17.
